Today was a travel day beginning with our (myself and Jake) flight out of Boise at 7am. I had my first injury getting my luggage out of the overhead storage while getting off the plan in Denver. Jammed my pointer finger. Sure, I'll survive... and hopefully I've got the first and only injury out of the way.
We met up with Bonnie and Alex in Denver and they had same itinerary the remainder of the flights (Boise - Denver - Boston - Bar Harbor). Above is a snapshot in the Cesena that we took from Boston to Bar Harbor. Jake claimed shotgun and got to sit at co-pilot.

The plane was just slightly sketch - sounded like an old Chevelle when it fired up. And you can see by the picture of the window that it probably wasn't water proof, maybe not even water resistent!
But, we made it to Bar Harbor and it's a beautiful evening. Tomorrow we pick up our bikes, and get them prepped for pedaling starting Friday, May 14. We will also hike Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park.
I'd say that we've had a near perfect start to this adventure :)

Nice post dad! :)
